We accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt.

To initiate a return, email support@sylventoria.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and detailed instructions.
6. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
